– How should seamless clothing be tested?

At present, there is no globally unified testing standard for seamless garments. Different countries and regions, as well as different clothing brands, have established their own inspection standards and product requirements for seamless clothing. These can be specifically summarized as follows:

1.Fastness (Strength) Test: Mainly measures how many Newtons of tensile force the seamless bonding part can withstand before the horizontal or vertical rubber strips crack.
2.Durability Test: Evaluates how long it takes for the rubber strips or bonding parts to crack under normal or special conditions.
3.Washing Test: Involves determining how many times of washing and drying the product can undergo before the rubber strips crack.
4.Waterproof Test: Focuses on whether the waterproof rubber strips can effectively prevent water from entering, as well as the pressure test to measure the water pressure strength they can withstand.
